The email parameter settings are shown in the following Table 3-2-15:
SMTP Server Name This is the mail server, which is used to send
emails to the appointed users. Enter the IP
address of the SMTP mail server here. For
example, smtp.hp.com
SMTP Account
Name
This is the account number for logging in to
the server. Enter the complete address format
here. For example, [e-mail]
Password Input the SMTP account password.

The “Receiver Email Address” list box lists the email addresses that will receive the email. Click the
"Add" button to add an email address item. Select an address item and click the "Remove" button to delete
this item. Select an email address item and click the "Test" button to send a test email to the email address
that was appointed.
