Software Installation and Verification
Important Installation and Configuration Notes
Kernel Configuration
If the error message ENOSPC is encountered during download of the
ZCOM Subsystem, it may be due to an insufficient val ue in configurable
parameter semmnu. To increase the value of this parameter:
1. Run SAM (logged in a s superuser) and select the “Kernel
Configuration” menu.
2. Under Kernel Configuration, select the “Configurable Parameters”
option, which presents a listing of the various parameters of interest.
3. Scroll down the list and select the parameter named semmnu.
4. Open the “Actions” menu and click on the “Modify Configurable
Parameter” option.
5. Choose the “Specify NewFormula/Value” option and enter a value
that increases the one displayed by the number of ACC cards which
have been added to the system.
When you exit SAM, you will be prompted to regenerate and reboot the
system.
