Daemons

The following daemonsare provided by the ACC product. Thesedaemons

are documented in theACC Utilities Reference Guide.

zmlog Thisdaemondisplaysthelogmessagesthatare

reported via t he drivers and daemons provided with

the ACC product family.

zmon This daemon is responsible for initializing and

managing the ZCOM Subsystem.

znode This daemon is required in order to use the Remote

Node access feature.

zmasterd This program coordinates starting up and shutting

down of the daemons that are provided by the ACC

product family. It is also responsible for restarting

daemons that terminate.

using this daemon.)
