Manual Organization
This manual contains the following chapters and appendices:
Chapter 1 Overview - presents an overview of the ACC Base
Softwa re, and the features that are supported.
Chapter 2 Software Installation and Verification - describes
how to install the ACC Bas e Software. It describes ho w
to verify that the ACC software and hardware have
been installed and are functional, and how to bring up
the ACC subsystem.
Chapter 3 Protocol Configuration -containsanoverviewof
how to configure protocols into the ACC system. It
describes how t o use the ACC Protocol manuals to
create a configuratio n, and how to coordinate
configuring multiple protocols on a given system. The
creation of configuration files is discussed.
Chapter 4 Dual Interface Configurations - describes the use of
the dual interface configurations, including a
discussion of the watch program.
Appendix A Files, Utilities, and Daemons - lists the
configuration files, device files, and log files that are
used by the ACC Subsystem. It also lists related utility
and daemon programs.
Appendix B Tuning and Sizing - lists ACC software related
parameters that can be modified to reflect the system
requirements.
Appendix C ACC Service Guard Configuration Notes -
provides an example of using zconfig () in the Loopback
mode in a Service Guard clustered environment.
