ZMASTERD - Daemon Monitoring Feature
Bringing Up the ACC Subsystem
5. Assuming that zmon has b een successfully started, zmasterd will
start running the daemons that are listed in the start statements in
the zmasterd_list file. If any of the daemons are already running, an
error will be logged. Note that zmasterd can only monitor daemons
that it starts: Daemons that are in its st art list, but are a lready
running at this point will not be monitored!
6. If any daemon that zm asterd has started t erminates, zmasterd will
immediately detect this and then restart that daemon (however,
zmasterd willnotrestartaterminateddaemonifthatdaemonhas
terminated for more t han three times within a 5-minute interval).
Zmasterd will continue to monitor daemons it has started until
zmasterd stop is run or zmasterd deact command is entered for a
specified daemon.
