Creating the TTGEN Configuration File
Port-Definition
In the Port-Definition section, a port entry must be defined for all ports
that are referenced by the terminal definitions in the
Terminal-Definition section. The parameters must be specified in the
order shown, since some of the parameters are dependent on those that
occur earlier in the line. This section must begin with the following line:
Port-Definition
Format for V series or X series interface card:
Port in:p pmode baud source mode mult encode parity stop
Format for E1/T1 interface card:
Port in:p pmode source fmode encode options
Port
The primary s ubheading for the Port-Definition section. Each port has to
be defined on a separate line commencing with the subheading “ Port”.
Other entries after the port subheading for the V series or X series
interface are shown below, followed b y entries for the E1/T 1 interface.
Port Definition for V Series or X Series Interface:
in Interface number (defined in the Interface-Definition section)
p Port number in ACC Card (0-7)
pmode Port mode (RS232, RS422, LBACK, X21)
Additional port modes for Z7350A and Z7340A cards:
(V35, V36, RS449)
When using a V.35 panel with the Z7200A or Z7400A
interface card, you should specific a port mode of RS232.
baud Baud rate for clock generator (Can be 150, 300, 600, 1200,
2400, 4800, 9600, 14400, 19200, 38400, 48000, 57600,
64000, 76800, 128000, 153600, 192000, 256000, 307200,
384000, 512000, 614400, 768000, 1024000, 1228800,
1536000, 1544000, 2048000 subject to interface card
