and is not allowed.
K 1-7 L2 Window size values 1 to 7 allowed. Note that 0 is
an error and is not allowed. When using modulus 128
operation at level 2 (with L2E set to 1), this field
provides the least significant three bits of the window
size, and all values are allowable. See “Extended K”
