Introduction
Introduction
This chapter describes how to send and receive out-of-band events. Many
of the out-of-band events are associated with the arrival or transmission
of a particular type of packet. However, in some cases, out-of-band events
are independent of the particular packet type. The topics covered in this
chapter include:
