show ib-agent channel-adapter
Synopsis:
The show ib-agent channel-adapter command displays the channel adapters used by subnet management
agents, or just the channel adapter used by one subnet management agent.
Syntax:
show ib-agent channel-adapter all |
node_guid
node-info
Specify the node-GUID of specific channel-adapter to display the SMA nodes of that channel adapter,
otherwise specify the all argument to display all the nodes of all the channel-adapters on the fabric.
The node-info keyword is required.
Command Modes:
User-execute and privileged-execute modes.
Privilege Level:
HP Fabric read-only user.
Usage Guidelines:
Each system channel adapter runs its own subnet-management agent.
The fields in the show ib-agent channel-adapter output are described in the table below.

Field Description
guid Globally unique identifier of the node. The value is an 8-byte string.
type Type of device this SMA supports. The value is always adapter.
lid LID of the channel-adapter.
base-version Supported base-management datagram version supported.
class-version Supported subnet-management class.
port-guid Globally unique identifier of the node port.
partition-cap Number of entries in the partition table for channelAdapter, router, and switch management ports. This is,
at a minimum, set to 1 for all nodes including switches.
device-id Device ID information, as assigned by the device manufacturer.
revision Device revision, as assigned by the device manufacturer.
local-port-num Number of the link port which received this request, otherwise the value is 0.
vendor-id Device vendor, per the IEEE standard.
trap-buffer Special purpose string buffer for HP Fabric trap data.
