show running-status
Synopsis:
The show running-status command executes most of the other show commands at one time for a specified
interface or all the interfaces.
Syntax:
show running-status ib | all [to-file]
The syntax is described in the table below:
show running-status Syntax Description
Command Modes:
User-execute and privileged-execute modes.
Privilege Level:
General read-only user.
Usage Guidelines:
This command can generate a large amount of data. Data is displayed per terminal length command settings.
When executed, this command first prompts you to verify your desire to generate the data. Enter y to
continue or n to cancel.
The default output file is syslog:igr_interface_runningstatus, where interface may be ib or all. If the file
already exists, it will be overwritten. This text file may be uploaded to another system using the copy
command or viewed using the more command.
Examples:
HP-IB> show running-status ib

Keyword Description
ib Indicates the specific interface for which to execute the show command.
all Executes the show command for all interfaces.
to-file Directs the output to a default file. What is the default? Can it be set by the user?
