zcom 00203: Card <#> - Firmware failure detected (card reset)!
Explanation: The DAM received an unsolicited interrupt from an
ACC Mux card indicating that the ZCOM Mux card

(internal defect). The card will be reinitialized and all
operations in process at the time of the firmware
failure will be restarted.
Action: Contact your HP Support Representative.
zcom 00204: Card <#> - failure detected (card reset)!
Explanation: The DAM has received an unsolicited interrupt which
indicates that a fatal error has occurred in the DMA
operation. This typically can occur as the result of an
abnormality in the operation of the DAM related
hardware. The card will be reinitialized and all
operations in process at the time of the failure will be
restarted.
Action: If the problem persists, swap out the Mux card. You
may wish to run diagnostics on the Mux card.
zcom 00205: Unrecognized port server message, desc <#>, port <#>
Explanation: The ACC DAM received an LLIO message on its port
server routine that was an unknown message type. The
DAM will ignore this message. This could be due to a
defect in any of the HP-UX drivers. (e.g. a Logical
Device Manager or Device Manager sent an I/O
message to the wrong port).
Action: If the problem persists or abnormal behavior is
observed, you should contact your HP Support
Representative.
