Chapter 5 103
zcom 00209: Improperly configured ZLU <#> found during card restart.
Most likely this is due to an application defect. The application did not
issue a zcntl (ZCOM_MRCODE_TERM) request.
Explanation: While attempting to initialize all of the terminal ZLUs
configured into an ACC Mux card, the DAM found a
Physical Terminal Table entry which was marked as
not in use. However, this condition is inconsistent with
the data in the Interface Table structure for this card.
Action: Contact your HP Support Representative.
zcom 00210: Card <#> timed out (no terminal heartbeat status)!
Explanation: When there are no user initiated requests to the ACC
Mux card, the card will send status on a regular basis
(every 10 seconds) to inform the DAM that the Mux
card is still functioning properly. This message is
logged when the Mux card has failed to send its
heartbeat status after 30 seconds. This typically
indicates that the Mux card has failed due to an
internal defect in the Mux card firmware or some form
of hardware failure. The ZCOM subsystem will
automatically reinitialize this Mux card and restart
any operations in progress at the point of the failure.
Action: Run hardware diagnostics on the Mux card in question.
If this does not appear to be a hardware problem and
the failure persists, contact your HP Support
Representative.
