Chapter 5104
zcom 00211: Card <#> - NULL PTT entry in IFT->ifplook[] table!
Port number = <#> Terminal number = <#>.
Explanation: The ifplook data structure is used by the DAM to vector
inbound data and status to the correct Physical
Terminal Table entry which the event is to be queued
on. However, the DAM did not find a valid pointer in
the ifplook table entry indicated by the Mux firmware.
The DAM has discarded the data and/or status
information.
Action: Contact your HP Support Representative.
zcom 00212: Card <#> write completion with none outstanding!
Port number = <#> Terminal number = <#>
Explanation: In the normal processing of requests, the DAM will
issue a request to the ACC Mux card firmware and
place the request onto a queue of requests waiting for a
completion acknowledgment from the Mux firmware.
The Mux after actually performing the request will
send unsolicited status to the DAM indicating that the
previously issued request is now complete. In this case,
the DAM has received unsolicited completion status
from the Mux firmware for a terminal that does not
have any unacknowledged requests.
Action: If abnormal behavior is observed or the problem
persists, contact your HP Support Representative.
