ZMON Error Messages
Chapter 6150
Message 273 - Card <number> Port <number> Unknown port test failed
Explanation: Message printed as a result of a selftest failure. The
LED on the back of the card will be AMBER. The port
will be unusable and all terminals configured on the
port will be unavailable. Use the ZMNTR with the tta
command to view terminals configured on the
port—the tt command alone will not show the
unavailable terminals.
Action: At a convenient time, shutdown the system and replace
the Mux card. Note other Mux cards (if any) will
continue operating normally.
Message 274 - Card <number> Port <number> Unknown port test failed
