SNACC Error Messages

Action: Start up the ZCOM subsystem if needed. Increase the
ZCOM buffer-pool size (requires regeneration of the
system). If the problem persists, contact your local HP
support personal.
snacc 00187: ERROR (0xBB): ACC Mux id number is not configured.
Card id number requested: <#>. Max card id number configured: <#>.
Explanation: Possible ttgen configuration problem.
Action: Modify the ttgen configuration file if needed. Refer to
the ACC SNAPlus2 Link Software User’s Guide for
detailed Mux configuration information.
snacc 00188: ERROR (0xBC): ACC Mux card is in an unusable state.
Card status from ACC interface table: <hex value>. Bit mask used to
evaluate status: <hex value>.
Explanation: The ZCOM Mux card has not been properly
downloaded or the mux has crashed. This may be due
to a hardware or firmware failure in the card.
Action: Check the ZCOM tlog file to see if the ACC Mux card
has properly downloaded and started. Restart the
ZCOM subsystem if needed. If the card crashed,
contact your local HP support representative for
assistance.
snacc 00189: ERROR (0xBD): Cannot access an unopened port.
svphopen() has not been performed yet on this port (internally: ERROR
(0xBD): used card structure not initialized).
Explanation: Invalid SNAplus request to SNA/ACC subsystem. This
is an internal problem.
Action: Contact your HP representative for assistance.
snacc 00190: ERROR (0xBE): Cannot access an unopened port.
svphopen() has not been performed yet on this port (internally: ERROR
(0xBE): used port structure not initialized).
Explanation: ZCOM data arrived for a particular SNA link that has
been taken down. This is not a problem. The incoming
data is discarded. If the problem is found during
SNA/ACC link shutdown, the link was shutdown by the
ZCOM subsystem.
