Preface
This guide contains an explanation of the error and status codes, and the
messages that may be logged via the zmlog utility. Chapters 2 to 4
describe how the error and status codes are returned, how they should be
interpreted and what each of them mean. In the remaining chapters,
messages logged by the various subsystems are presented in chapters of
their own.
NOTE The information contained in this manual applies only to HP 9000
computer systems running HP-UX 11.0. Any other systems are not
supported. Consult the current HP ACC Data Sheets for additional
information about specific ACC product versions for other servers.
Manual Organization
This manual contains the following chapters and appendices:
Chapter 1 ZCOM Message Logging and Error/Status Codes -
presents an overview of the messaging information
produced by the ACC software products.
Chapter 2 ZCOM Error Codes - describes the error codes produced
by the zcomerror routine.
Chapter 3 ZCOM Status Codes - contains detailed information
about the ZCOM subsystem status codes.
Chapter 4 X.25 Status and Completion Messages - contains
specific status information returned by an application
using the zread() routine.
Chapter 5 ZCOM Driver Log Messages - provides an explanation
of the messages that may be displayed via the zmlog
message logging mechanism.
Chapter 6 ZMON Error Messages - describes the error messages
produced by the ZMON - ZCOM Control Program.
