• A description of any solution or workaround that you have found.
Comparing the situation in which a problem occurs and does not
occur can often help locate the cause.
• Copies of any trace files that were active when the problem
occurred.
• Copies of log files that were active when the problem occurred.
• In the event of a system failure, a full memory dump (check the
directory /var/adm/crash).
• Copies of these files:
— /etc/hosts
— /etc/rc.config.d/netconf
— /etc/rc.config.d/atmconf
— /etc/atm/atm_*/*
— /etc/atm/atm_pvc_config
• Output from this command:
atmmgr
card_instance_number
show -pcati -v
• Output from this command:
netstat -i
• Output from this command:
elarp -n
net_interface
• Output from this command:
elstat -n
net_interface
-v
• Output from this command:
elstat -n
net_interface
-s
• Output from this command:
ifconfig
net_interface
• Output from this command:
/usr/sbin/swverify
The command must be used with a product number as a parameter
(you can display product numbers with the command swlist).
