A description of any solution or workaround that you have found.
Comparing the situation in which a problem occurs and does not
occur can often help locate the cause.
Copies of any trace files that were active when the problem
occurred.
Copies of log files that were active when the problem occurred.
In the event of a system failure, a full memory dump (check the
directory /var/adm/crash).
Copies of these files:
/etc/hosts
/etc/rc.config.d/netconf
/etc/rc.config.d/atmconf
/etc/atm/atm_*/*
/etc/atm/atm_pvc_config
