User Filter Options
The user filter options are used to include or exclude trace records for
users at specific ATM levels such as AAL (data transfer), ILMI, IP, ARP,
and signalling Protocol Data Units (PDUs).
For AAL and ILMI PDUs For AAL and ILMI PDUs, the syntax is as
follows:
atm user_aal
status
atm user_ilmi
status
where
status
is one of the following:
• * to display the PDUs.
• !* for no display.
For IP and ARP PDUs For IP and ARP PDUs, the syntax is as follows:
atm user_iparp
status
where
status
is one of the following:
• * to display both IP and ARP PDUs.
• !* for no display.
• !IP or !ARP to not display control or data frames, respectively.
LAN Emulation PDUs For LAN Emulation, the syntax is as follows:
atm user_lanemul
status
where
status
is one of the following:
• * to display.
• !* for no display.
• !CTRL or !DATA to not display control or data frames, respectively.
Signalling PDUs For signalling, the syntax is as follows:
atm user_sig
