WARNING All inputs/outputs are Safety Extra Low
Voltage (SELV) circuits.
CAUTION The hardware contains electronic components
that can be damaged by static electricity. To
avoid damage, follow these guidelines:
• Store the hardware in its conductive plastic
bag.

The optic module provided in the HP A5513A and A5515A
HP-PCI ATM/155 adapters conforms to the ITU-T
recommendation G.957 cat I-1 or I-4.

This device complies with Part 15 of the FCC rules. Operation is
subject to the following two conditions: (1) This device may not
cause harmful interference and (2) this device must accept any
