2.1 New features
Instances of iexgbe_watchdog() are now distributed across multiple CPUs. (QXCR1001068207)
A new macro, IEXGBE_LAUNCH_TIMER_ON_SPU, distributes multiple instances of
iexgbe_watchdog() invocation across multiple CPUs at system boot. Previously, all iexgbe
instances were on the same CPU.
2.2 Changed features
The manpages are enhanced. (QXCR1001118679)
A usage description for the newly added nwmgr ifAdmin command is added to the
manpages.
The LRO (Large Receive Offload) flag is set during initialization. (QXCR1001116744)
The iexgbe_watchdog() function is changed. (QXCR1001111926)
The iexgbe_watchdog() function now posts a statistical counter request to the device each
time it is invoked.

When a port of the device is reset while there is traffic on any of the ports, the reset operation
might result in a failure to run down the adapter that can only be recovered by rebooting the
system.

After a reset, or when promiscuous mode is turned off, all of the registered multicast addresses
are lost from the internal table of the driver and the device is reprogrammed with a null
multicast list.
