4 Known problems and limitations
This section provides a list of problems and limitations known to HP when these release notes were
published. If workarounds are available, they are included.
4.1 FC-COMMON
• Library load fail
On a system where a FCoC type HBA does not exist, the SNIA library reports the following
error message in the syslog.log file:
com.hp.fcoc64 /usr/lib/hpux64/libhbaapifcoc.so HP SNIA Common -
HBA_LoadLibrary: shl_load/dlopen failed with err no. 0
Severity: med
Corrective action: Modify the /etc/hba.conf file to comment out each of the following two
lines:
◦ # com.hp.fcoc32 /usr/lib/hpux32/libhbaapifcoc.so
◦ # com.hp.fcoc64 /usr/lib/hpux64/libhbaapifcoc.so
This modification prevents the SNIA library from loading these libraries.
4.2 SAS-COMMON
No known problems were identified for this release of the product.
