RAIDSA Provider generates a core when the ioctl call fails, and the number
of file descriptors opened are more than the maximum number of file
descriptors that can be opened. This scenario is an exception case which is
observed only when the ioctl call fails multiple times. This defect is fixed

The RAIDSA Provider was not supporting some RAIDSA HBA model
numbers that were supported by the driver. This defect is fixed in the
current release and the provider handles all model numbers that are
supported by the driver. The provider logs a message for any unsupported
model number as Unsupported HBA with model number %d.
