Installing TOUR 2.0

ERROR: The Transport Optional Upgrade Release (TOUR) is
already installed. HP-UX cumulative ARPA Transport patches
can NOT be removed because removing them would corrupt TOUR.
If you must remove this patch PHNE_ nnnnn , then first remove
TOUR.
If you attempt to install or remove a PPP patch, similar messages are
displayed.
TOUR 2.0 and IPSec
TOUR 2.0 is only compatible with, and is a software requirement for,
(when available) IPSec (J4256AA) version A.02.00 or greater. It is not
compatible with earlier versions of IPSec. If you try to install TOUR 2.0
on a system that has an earlier version of IPSec (J4256AA) you will see
the following error message:
ERROR: An older IPSec product (J2456AA) is already
installed. This version of Transport Optional Upgrade
Release (TOUR) can only be installed if either 1) the older
IPSec has been removed, or 2)when available, IPSec (J4256AA)
version A.02.00 or greater is installed at the same time.
IMPORTANT: DO NOT REMOVE IPSec unless a) you no longer want
IPSec and need this version of TOUR or b) you are sure you
can obtain IPSec (J4256AA) version A.02.00 or greater.
