VC-Enet version 1.24 has uplink failover enhancements to eliminate unnecessary failover between

modules providing equivalent paths to VC network uplinks. One side effect of this change is to enable the

SmartLink support to detect loss of all uplinks on a network and drop the server links in approximately 4

seconds.
