4. Select the FC SAN Name box of the FCoE HBA Connections:
- For Port 1, select Fabric_1.
- For Port 2, select Fabric_2.
Note: HP recommends using redundant Fabric connections for failover to improve availability. If a SAN fails, the
multipath connection uses the alternate path so that servers can still access their data. You can also improve
FC performance using I/O load balancing mechanisms.
Also, you do not need to configure any iSCSI Connection when using a single CNA because the CNA Physical
Function 2 can only be configured as Ethernet or FCoE or iSCSI.
