In order to give more granular control over which server blades use each uplink port, several Direct-Attach VC SAN

fabrics can be connected to the same 3PAR storage System. This configuration can enable the distribution of servers

according to their I/O workloads.

Up to four HP 3PAR Storage Systems can be directly connected to a redundant pair of VC FlexFabric modules; this is

because only 4 uplink ports are available for FC connection on the FlexFabric module.
