3. When complete, run the show fabric command.

Verification of the SAN Fabrics configuration

Make sure all the SAN fabrics belonging to the same Bay are connected to a different core FC SAN fabric switch:

1. Go to the SAN Fabrics screen.

2. The Connected To column displays the upstream SAN fabric switch to which the VC module uplink ports are

connected. Verify that the VC module uplink ports are physically connected to four independent FC SAN

switches:

Different upstream fabrics

First Fabric (Brocade)

Second Fabric (Cisco)
