The specified address is not valid or does not
exist.
VCSU_ERROR_INVALID_TARGET_FILE
The specified target file is not valid or does not
exist.
VCSU_ERROR_FILE_OPEN_FAILED
The specified file could not be opened.
VCSU_ERROR_NO_WRITE_PERMISSION
