Another firmware update is running against the
specified OA.
VCSU_ERROR_FC2_FW_EXTRACTION_FAILED
The extraction of the VC FC2 firmware package
failed.
VCSU_ERROR_DOWNGRADE_FROM_MULTIENCLOSURE
A downgrade from a 2.10 multi enclosure
domain is not supported.
