Details about the 3PAR controller connectivity
 HP 3PAR Controller Nodes are always installed in pairs, and a system can support from 2 to 8 controllers.
 9 PCI-e slots are available per controller node and are used for both host and drive chassis connections using HP
3PAR Host/Disk Adapters.
 As a best practice, HP recommends using PCI slots 2, 5, 8, 1, 4, 7 for the Direct-Attach FlexFabric connections.
These PCI slots are also recommended for the host connections.
 The 9 PCI-e slots are equally balanced across 3 PCI-e buses so it is better to connect the FlexFabric uplinks from 2
to 7 in the following order: 2  5  8  1  4  7.
 If only two HP 3PAR Host adapters are available, the connections should be load balanced across the two
adapters.
 The remote copy port (port E1) used with a Direct-Attach 3PAR configuration is also seen in Figure 28.
