Blade Server configuration
For server profile configuration steps, see Appendix A.
After you have configured the VC SAN fabrics, you can select a Server Profile and choose the VC fabric to which you
would like your HBA ports to connect.
1. Select the server profile, in this case esx4-1
2. Under FC HBA Connections, select the FC SAN fabric name to which you would like Port 1 Bay 5 to connect.

Summary
This scenario shows how you can create multiple VC Fabric-Attach SAN fabrics that are all connected to the same
redundant SAN fabric. This configuration enables you to control the throughput for a particular application or set of
blades.
