Verification of the 3PAR connection
After you have completed the 3PAR port configuration, the External Connections tab of the SAN Fabrics window
should indicate a green status and a green port status for each of the Direct-Attach Fabrics, and show the link speed
and the WWN of the controller node port.
If the port is unlinked and no connectivity exists, check the Port Status for the reason. For more information about
possible causes, see Appendix F.
Blade Server configuration
Configure a server profile with a Direct-Attached 3PAR array.
1. From the server profile interface, select the 3PAR Direct-Attach Fabrics for the two FC/FCOE HBA connections.
2. For a Boot from SAN configuration click Fibre Channel Boot Parameters.
