What's New
The command line interface user guide contains the following changes for VC 3.15:
• Support for the HP ProLiant BL620c G7 Server Blade
• Support for the HP ProLiant BL680c G7 Server Blade
• Support for HP Virtual Connect FlexFabric technology
• Support for the HP Virtual Connect FlexFabric 10Gb/24-Port Module
• New managed elements:
o fcoe-connection (on page 33)
NOTE: HP Virtual Connect FlexFabric 10Gb/24-port Module FCoE support for HP Integrity
BL8x0c i2 Series Server Blades with HP NC551m FlexFabric Converged Network Adapters will
be available in the Virtual Connect 3.17 release.
The command line interface user guide contains the following changes for VC 3.10:
• Support for the HP Integrity BL8x0c i2 Series Servers
This server is a multi-blade server that has one bay identified as the monarch bay. All operations on the
multi-blade server are performed on the monarch bay, although operations such as power on or
assigning a profile affects the entire multi-blade server.
• Removed the update firmware command
To update firmware, use the HP BladeSystem c-Class Virtual Connect Support Utility. For more
information on installing the firmware, see the HP BladeSystem c-Class Virtual Connect Support Utility
documentation on the HP website (http://www.hp.com/go/bladesystem/documentation).
