Enhancements
Version 3.61 of Virtual Connect contains support for the following enhancements:
• Pause flood port protection
• CLI show config command, with the includepoolinfo option to save a configuration script that
includes MACs, WWNs, and virtual serial numbers for your domain.

Fixes
The following issues have been resolved in the VC 3.61 release:
• Frames larger than 1518 bytes that were sent and received by server blades did not increment the user
visible Ethernet counter: rfc1757_StatsOversizePkts.
• Resolved an issue where when using the Virtual Connect Support Utility or HP Smart Update Manager,
Virtual Connect firmware upgrades from VC 3.18 or earlier could fail on a single module when
updating to VC firmware later than version 3.51. This fix addressed Customer Advisory c03395976,
which can be found on the HP website

• Resolved an issue where during an Import Enclosure Recovery, a Server iLO not responding to OA
could cause a FC outage for the server.
• OpenSSL used by VC was modified to address vulnerability to CVE-2010-5107, CVE-2012-2110 and
CVE-2012-2131.
• Apache used by VC was modified to address vulnerability to CVE-2003-1418 and CVE-2012-0053.
• Resolved a slow, small memory leak that occurred in association with configuration changes. The
memory leak could eventually result in degraded performance of Virtual Connect Manager and cause
a restart of the Virtual Connect Manager Application.
