The following describes the different scenarios currently supported by HP with HP 5900AF:

VC<------>5900AF NPV/FCF<------>FCoE target

VC<------>5900AF NPV<------>Nexus 5k FCoE<------>FC or FCoE target

Variants of the above with more FCoE hops are supported up to the Cisco hop limit.
