The status value “Failed” indicates an error in one of the DCBX feature information exchanges. The specific error reason
is displayed in the individual feature state field below.
Peer is not running DCBX

Possible reason: The peer DCB port is not enabled for DCBX or it is using an unsupported version of DCB.
DCBX has three versions: DCBX Rev 1.00, DCBX Rev 1.01, and IEEE Std 802.1Qaz™-2011 (standard version).
Note: Virtual Connect Uplink Port will show a DCBX negotiation failure when DCB peer is sending DCBX Rev 1.00 TLVs.
Only Pre-CEE DCBX versions are not supported by Virtual Connect (i.e. DCBX Rev 1.00).
