Peer has an incompatible configuration and is unwilling to accept changes but Overall status is OK

Possible reason: This error is usually displayed when VC is connected to a HP 5900 switch.
VC is showing PG State as incompatible because the 5900 Series support 8 priority groups and VC supports 2 priority
groups. Therefore, this Priority Group mismatch is not an error and will not make overall DCBX status to fail because
VC does not take PG state into account for determining the overall DCBX status. The number of PG support is fixed and
can’t be modified in VC.
