3. Click on the Details tab.
4. Then select the FIP Snooping tab.
5. This page displays the FIP Snooping information for the specified interconnect module.
o Information about FCoE Uplink and downlink ports, FCF and Fabric names are provided.
o The information is provided by the FCF in snooped FCoE Initialization Protocol (FIP) messages.
o This table displays also all server logins which have logged into the Fabric using FCoE. Each FCoE Adapter
port logs into the Fabric using a different FC ID. Downlink port sessions are listed along with the VC assigned
MAC addresses of the FCoE Adapters, the FCoE network names, the FCoE VLANs, the FCoE MAC address and
the FCIDs assigned by the Fabric to every single server.
Note: When the TOR switch is running in NPV mode, the Fabric name snooped/displayed by VC may not be
consistent with the Fabric name displayed by the principal switch and the server.
