13. The Confirm Management Console Configuration screen lists the values you have entered for the
management console. You can change the values if needed. When you select Commit, the values
will be applied. Networking will be set up, and the management console software will start.
After you confirm the management console configuration, a Cluster Configuration menu is displayed.
This menu is used to create a template for configuring file serving nodes. You can exit this menu.
Completing the restore on the dedicated (non-agile) Management Server
1. Ensure that you have root access to the management console. The restore process sets the root
password to hpinvent, the factory default.
2. Run the exds_stdiag command. You should be able to see the shared storage, just as you can
from the other server blades in the chassis.
3. Disable the following services by running the chkconfig <service> off command, replacing
<service> with each of the following services in turn:
• configd
• cpuspeed
• microcode_ctl
• mxso_db_upgrade
• mxso_netif_check
• mxso_scan
• mxso_scan_luns
• z_mxso_upgrade
