5. On the Settings window, configure the following FTP parameters that apply to the share:
NOTE: The parameters you configure are added to the nodes hosting the configuration
profile.
Banner Content: Enter the message that will display on the share when clients access it.
Browseable: Select true or false to enable or disable, respectively, whether a directory
listing is shown when users log in to FTP shares.
Read Only: Specify whether the share is read-only. If you select false, clients will have
write access on the share.
Allow Anonymous Users: Select true or false to enable or disable, respectively, anonymous
users to access the share.
Default Permissions: Enter the default permissions on the share, specified in octal notation.
The default is 0775.
Log FTP Protocol: Choose the level of information that is included in the logs. Select True
for more detailed logging; select False for standard logging.
SSL Certificate: If clients will use the FTPS protocol to access the share, select the
appropriate SSL certificate.
Port Select: The allowed ports are 21 (FTP) and 990 (FTPS).
IP Address:Port: Enter the IP address and port that clients will use to access the share and
click Add. (The default SSL port is 990.) You can specify multiple IP addresses and ports.
NOTE: If you need to allow NAT connections to the share, use the Modify FTP Share dialog
box after the share is created.
