0x1047 - Flash not attempted for SAS switch SAS_SWITCH_BAY_<SAS interconnect bay number>:
Overall status of the switch does not seem to be good or all the switch SEPs may not be functional.
Check log file /var/log/hp/platform/fmt/firmware.log for more information
0x1A13 - Operation failed for device: SAS_SWITCH_BAY_<SAS interconnect bay number>:
operation timed out; check log file /var/log/hp/platform/fmt/firmware.log for more information.
0x1A22 - Error in retrieving info for SAS_SWITCH_BAY_<SAS interconnect bay number>
SAS switch presenting infinite prompt and avoiding execution of any commands locally.
Suggested action
1. Make sure that the affected switch has a working peer SAS switch.
2. Log in to the affected switch.
3. Reset the switch by executing the command:
switch local reset hardware forced
4. Retry the operation.
Any operation on OA or VC failed with error: 0x1A13
Error Message: Operation failed for device: <Component> : operation timed out; check log file
/var/log/hp/platform/fmt/firmware.log for more information.
FMT timed out while flashing the reported component. In this case, the smart component might still
be working on the flash operation.
Suggested action
1. Get the smart component filename:
a. Search for the reported component name in the file:
/etc/opt/hp/platform/firmware/Repository.xml
b. Get the associated filename from the XML element:
<filename>file-name</filename>
2. Check to see if the smart component is still running by using the command:
# ps aef | grep <smart-component-filename>
If it is running, wait till completion. Periodically check the preceding command.
3. Issue a flash recommendation operation for the component to see if flash has succeeded, using
the command:
# hpsp_fmt fr c <component>
4. If flash has not succeeded, retry the operation.
