Error Message: Discovery failed for HP Embedded Network Adapter using
<smart-component-filename> Check log file /var/log/hp/platform/fmt/firmware.log for more

This issue is observed to have occurred due to parallel running of FMT processes. The parallel
running FMT processes might have triggered when the platform monitoring services (hpspmon)
was running FMT and at the same time the user may have spawned another FMT process.
Another probable cause might be due to the mismatch in the version of the NIC driver after a
StoreAll upgrade.
