3.1 Firmware Requirements and Dependencies
Before installing the HP XC System Software, verify that all hardware components meet the minimum
firmware versions listed at the following Web page:

Look in the associated hardware documentation for instructions about how to verify or upgrade the
firmware for each component.
Table 3-1 lists the firmware dependencies of individual hardware components in an HP XC system.
