Are all mapping runtime constants supported?

The PI server passes constant information as parameters to the style sheet. In order to use
constants, they need to be declared as global parameters in the style sheet.
Are Adapter-specific message attributes supported?

Adapter specific message attributes are a special use of Java extension functions and are supported
as such.
Is Java based user defined functions, function libraries, and advanced user
defined functions supported?
