2. Take the following actions in accordance with the output results.
When the message KAIU020-I is output:
There are no errors in the dictionary map files.
Execute the drmfsdisplay or drmfscat command. If the drmfsdisplay or drmfscat
command can be executed successfully, the dictionary map files are not damaged.
When the message KAIU004-E is output:
Some key definition files (.KDF) are missing or incorrect.
Perform the procedures outlined in Restoring key definition files (.KDF) on page 514.
When the message KAIU014-E is output:
Some key files (.K01 or .Knn) are missing or incorrect.
Perform the procedures outlined in Restoring key files (.K01 or .Knn) on page 514.
When the message KAIU015-E is output:
Some data files (.DRF or .DAT) are missing.
Perform the procedures outlined in Restoring missing data files (.DRF or .DAT) on page 515.
When the message KAIU015-E is output:
Some data files (.DRF or .DAT) are incorrect.
Perform the procedures outlined in Restoring incorrect data files (.DRF or .DAT) on page 515.
3. If no error message is output, take the following action.
Although each individual dictionary map is correct, a logical conflict may have occurred between
the dictionary map files. In such a case, follow the procedures given in Recreating dictionary
map files on page 516.
Restoring key definition files (.KDF)
To restore key definition files:
1. Install Application Agent on the desired server.
2. Copy and restore the key definition files (.KDF) of the applicable dictionary map files from that
server.
3. Execute the drmischk command to verify the restored dictionary map files.
drmischk -l 3 "C:\Program Files\CVXPAE\DRM\db\DRM*"
4. Make sure that the message KAIU020-I is output, and then execute the drmfsdisplay or
drmfscat command.
If the drmfsdisplay or drmfscat command can be executed successfully, the dictionary map
files are not damaged.
Restoring key files (.K01 or .Knn)
To restore key files:
1. Create the parameter file for error recovery in the desired directory.
