When using the storage management function of SCVMM 2012 to operate XP24000/XP20000 or
XP12000/XP10000/SVS200, you need to change the value of this property to properly execute jobs
in a cluster environment in SCVMM 2012.
Specify the wait time (in milliseconds) required for batch forwarding multiple requests received from
SCVMM 2012 to the storage system.
Specify one of the following values according to the number of nodes in the cluster that is managed
by SCVMM 2012:
When the number of nodes is 2: 5000
When the number of nodes is 4: 7000
If the number of nodes is other than the above, use the following formula to calculate the value to be
specified:
(number-of-nodes-in-the-SCVMM 2012-managed-cluster + 3 seconds) x 1000
CAUTION:
The maximum number of nodes in a cluster managed by SCVMM 2012 is 4.
