To add the components that make up P9000 Command View AE Suite to the firewall exceptions list,
execute the hcmdsfwcancel and netsh commands.
To add the components to the firewall exceptions list:
1. Execute the following command to add the P9000 Command View AE Suite Common Web
Service to the exceptions list:
installation-folder-for-Common-Component\bin\hcmdsfwcancel.bat
2. Execute the following command to add the other components that make up P9000 Command
View AE Suite to the exceptions list.
In Windows XP, Windows Server 2003 R2, Windows Vista or Windows Server 2008:
netsh firewall add allowedprogram program="path" name="name-added-
to-exceptions-list" mode=ENABLE
In Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2 or Windows Server 2012:
netsh advfirewall firewall add rule name="name-added-to-exceptions-
list" dir=in action=allow program=" path" description="path" en-
able=yes
3. To enable the settings, restart the P9000 Command View AE Suite product services.
