Network settings for using the management server as a network
bridge
To use the management server as a network bridge by installing multiple network interface cards
(NICs) on the server, set up the networks so that the management server, management client, and
storage systems can mutually communicate.
The sections where settings must be specified are explained by using the configuration example shown
below.

Set up the routers, the management client, and the management server so that the devices can mutually
communicate as indicated by the arrows in the above figure.

CAUTION:
An IP address on the network to which the management client is connected (10.0.0.100 in Figure
23) must be specified for the P9000 Command View AE Suite product settings below. Do not specify
a host name.
The setting for the computer on which the Device Manager Web server function is running (the
server.http.host property)
