The memory capacity required to run Business Continuity Manager follows:
• For a user region of 16 MB or less: 1,024 KB
• For an extended user region of 16 MB or more:
For TSO/E: 4,000 KB + (4 number-of-copy-pairs) KB◦
◦ For batches: 4,000 KB + (3 number-of-copy-pairs) KB
The memory capacity required when linking with P9000 Replication Manager Software follows.
The PREFIX parameter and DEVN parameter in the formula are the initialization parameters of
the Business Continuity Manager agent.
• For a user region of 16 MB or less: 2,048 KB
• For an extended user region of 16 MB or more:
6,000 KB + A KB
