ModifyReplication
The ModifyReplication command is used to change the status of a copy pair.
NOTE:
• You cannot execute any operations for Fast Snap copy pairs defined in the HORCM configuration
file.
• For Fast Snap, you cannot use the Device Manager CLI to perform any operations for consistency
groups.
• To manipulate a specific copy pair in a copy group, the pvolserialnum, pvoldevnum,
svolserialnum (or svolsequencenum), and svoldevnum parameters must all be specified.
If you omit all of these parameters, the system deletes all copy pairs in the specified copy group.
• For Fast Snap, take special note of the following:
You must specify the hostid or hostname parameter.
To manipulate a specific copy pair in a snapshot group, you must specify the pvolarraytype,
pvolserialnum, pvoldevnum, svolserialnum, svoldevnum, andsnapshotgroupid
(or snapshotgroupname) parameters.
To manipulate all the copy pairs in a snapshot group, you must specify the pvolarraytype,
pvolserialnum, and snapshotgroupid (or snapshotgroupname) parameters,
